We put all of our clients health and their individual needs as our top priority.
Although we have clients spanning all age groups, predominately we support vulnerable adults and those over the age of 65. As we are a business which enables and supports clients stay independent within their own homes, we continue to follow the latest Tier 3 Government guidelines for Nottinghamshire, including their advice on ‘Hands, Face, Space’ when visiting our clients.

For our staff visiting clients homes, our policy is if they display any of the Coronavirus symptoms, or have been in close contact with someone with a diagnosis or symptoms of the virus within the last 14 days, they will stop working immediately, self-isolate and obtain a test. Our clients and their families will be notified immediately and with the results of the test.
We will be continually monitoring the health of both our staff, clients and family members during this period.
If we receive information about our clients or anyone living in their household displaying symptoms of the virus, a test should be requested immediately via the link below.
We will cease visits to the client until their test results are known.

Dry, continuous cough
Shortness of Breath
Fatigue
We will not take any risks to staff health or that of our clients and we will be continuing with thorough hand-washing techniques with antibacterial handwash and gels, before, during and after home visits and with the use of PPE.
